task: private retreat w/ working, dining areas, spatial reconfiguration from scratch of a 70's highrise's top floor. // situation: on an artificial island between Miami and Miami Beach. the space offers the most exciting views in the metropolitan area. // materials: natural stone floors, clay plaster on durock, oak and mineral colors.
