The brief is asking for the design of a 350sqm detached house on a lakeside property near Berlin. The site is part of a historic ensemble of 4-sided farmyards, the house itself will replace a demolished barn. By detaching the outer and the inner envelopes of the house and by placing ancillary spaces within the resulting interstice, purified geometries can be achieved as demanded by the clients.
